The MAXTRAX MKII are your "Plan B" that feels like Plan A: You attach them, accelerate smoothly, and the aggressive cleats instantly grip the tire tread and the ground. This allows you to regain traction in seconds, prevent wheel spin, and get back on solid ground so your trip can continue instead of ending.

Application in 4 steps

1. Clearing spaces
   Shovel away the mud/sand/snow in front of the drive wheels and form a small ramp (the paddle ends of the boards will help you with this).

2. Positioning boards
   Push MAXTRAX directly in front of the drive wheels – as far under the tires as possible.

3. Controlled start
   Apply the throttle slowly and smoothly – no full throttle , no unnecessary wheel spin. The cleats will engage and you'll ride out smoothly.

4. Secure & recover
   Collect the boards, give them a quick clean, and store them. In soft sand/snow, Telltale leashes will help you find them again quickly.
