Tip on "Batch No.": In the event of a complaint, ARB requires the so-called "Batch No.", which is attached to the box. Usually, you don't keep this and the number gets lost. However, there is a sewn-on field on one of the outer corners of the awning fabric that begins with "Batch No.:" and on which you can write down the number with a waterproof pen. This means that the number is always to hand. This reduces any waiting times and doesn't cause even more trouble.
