Lazerlamps Triple R 16 Elite Gen 2

The LED headlights of the Triple R series set new standards, developed based on the requirements of professional motorsport. This series of headlights is defined by five size variants, each with 4 to 28 LEDs, each with an output of 11 watts, and three versions. The headlights have a full aluminum housing in black (optionally also in silver), a Gore-Tex ventilation membrane and electronic temperature management to always operate the LEDs in the optimal performance range. Thanks to special vacuum metallized reflectors, the optical efficiency is further increased, while the front is made of almost indestructible polycarbonate.

The spot light emission of the Triple-R headlights has been specifically optimized for maximum range, based on the requirements of rally and endurance motorsports, where extremely high speeds are reached. Compared to the ST and T series, which illuminate the side of the road directly in front of the vehicle, the Triple R headlights focus more on an optimized range, with maximum side illumination only starting at around half the range. Nevertheless, at their peak they achieve up to five times the brightness value compared to the hybrid light emission of the ST and T series.

Due to the mounting position of the LEDs and the indirect radiation via the hat reflectors, there are fewer vertical changes in the light cone while driving. This results in improved visibility in rain or fog compared to conventional headlights with LEDs in the center of the reflector. Careful tuning of the light temperature contributes to sharper contrast boundaries and overall improved visibility.

Triple-R 16 Elite Gen2 - LED light bar for off-road use

With sixteen 11 watt LEDs and a luminous flux of 16,400 lumens, the Triple-R 16 Elite Gen2 sets new standards in terms of performance. This headlight is as powerful as five xenon high beam headlights or more than 16 H4 halogen high beam headlights. The spot light distribution ensures an excellent range of approx. 1,796 meters.

The Triple-R 16 Elite Gen2 is designed not only for motorsport, but also as an off-road headlight. Compared to the T-16, it only shines at a greater distance. If necessary, the beam angle can be increased by installing one or more additional lenses. Each additional lens covers 4 LEDs.

With a width of 765 mm, a height of 73 mm and a depth of 103 mm, the headlight weighs 2.46 kg. It is attached either via two movable brackets that can be mounted at the top or bottom or via two side brackets, both of which are included in the scope of delivery. The connection cable is 70 cm long and a cable set (8226-12V-SW) with switch, relay and fuse is also included.
