Lazer Lamps Roof Mounting Kit for Rails 47mm

The Lazer Lamps range of universal roof mounting kits comprises stainless steel brackets supplied with a comprehensive assortment of anti-theft fixings designed to facilitate the installation of our roof-mounted light bars measuring between 39” and 52” in length. Brackets are available in different heights and for vehicles with or without roof rails. Manufactured from A2 stainless steel and finished with a UV-stable satin black powder coat, the brackets are fully corrosion resistant to automotive-grade quality standards, as are the supplied counter-sunk anti-theft fixings available in different lengths from 20mm–80mm. To complete the mounting of different length light bars, varying length cylindrical spacers are supplied to aid positioning. Installation of the brackets to your vehicle, whether to the roof rail or direct to the roof (the ‘without roof rails’ bracket width is 25mm) is completed with black rivets providing a robust, secure fixing, whilst maintaining the sleek appearance of the installation. Cable glands are supplied to ensure a tidy and sealed cable entry point, whether into the roof rail and/or through the roof into the vehicle headliner. A VHB cleaning pad is supplied to prepare any areas where additional sealant may be applied. Electrical heat shrink butt splices are provided to ensure integrity of cable re-termination once routed through the roof.
