Redesign for optimized storage space In order to optimize the available storage space and prevent unnecessary loss of space in the loading area, DECKED has developed an innovative drawer that replaces previous models. This innovation allowed the designers to design a drawer with a load capacity of 180kg that runs the entire length of the loading area. Thanks to a 30% increase in storage space compared to previous models, it offers midsize pickup truck owners plenty of space for tools, camping gear or necessary emergency equipment.
Increased efficiency Similar to the full-size model, the corner containers were eliminated and replaced by two side accesses near the tailgate that extend to the wheel arch. The medium-sized systems offer two storage areas, one on each side, protected by water-repellent and lockable lids. Four customizable stash bins for these openings are included in the package. There are also two access openings on the driver's cab side that provide additional storage space that is independent of the main loading unit.
Reinforced Load Securing The mid-size drawer system is equipped with six heavy-duty 180kg steel-on-steel deck anchoring points, three on each side. As with the full-size model, the security system is integrated into the edge of the deck with a D-ring system. The D-rings are retractable and do not get in the way when not in use.
Increased weather resistance Additional covers on both the cabin side and the drawer side have increased protection against the elements, significantly reducing the penetration of dust into the drawer by air currents. Specifications:
