ARB DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SUZUKI JIMNY FRONT, 22 SPLINE 10 BOLT

Important note: For Suzuki Jimny GJ from 2018, the adjusting nut 2-100601SP must also be ordered in addition to the RD206 (before SN 1903XXX). The ARB differential lock can be retrofitted. The big advantage of this switchable lock is that the differential works like an open one in road traffic. * No unnecessary tire wear, no unexpected intervention of the lock * Off-road, if the situation requires it, the lock is switched on at the push of a button within 1/10 of a second, with 100% effectiveness. Installation is possible without much effort, only the differential cage needs to be replaced. The compressor required for the system provides the pressure required to lock the differential at the push of a button. When switched on, an annular piston built into the differential is actuated, which ensures that the differential is locked. When switched off again, the compressed air escapes from the solenoid valve and small high-performance springs release the locking ring. The differential then functions as a normal "open" differential. Attention: Any accessories shown such as ball, roller and roller bearings are not included in the scope of delivery. Installation should generally be carried out by a specialist workshop. If an original differential lock installed by the manufacturer is present, in most cases this cannot be replaced with an ARB Airlocker or can only be done with great effort.
