GROWING TENT","description":"\u003cp\u003eWhen the ARB Simpson III replaced the previous version II, the clear change in shape was immediately apparent. From the outside, the III looks a little smaller, but in reality it has a larger interior volume and a significantly better feeling of space. ARB achieved this by making the previously inward-sloping entrance area vertical. This is an advantage when changing in the tent and for anyone who likes space. At the same time, they eliminated the long, flat roof side and thus the annoying water bags that formed on it. As always, it's the details that make the difference! Ventilation flaps that can be opened above the side windows ensure a pleasant room climate. Small cuffs on the extendable rods of the entrance protect against mosquitoes. Each window also has a mosquito net, which is attached to the outside of the opaque outer material. If you open the side opaque elements a third for additional ventilation, the roofing means that no one can see into the tent from almost any angle. If you leave the mosquito net, which can be opened separately, nothing stands in the way of a good night's sleep even on hot summer nights. Not all roof tent owners are mountaineers. Two loops make it easier to get from the ladder through the entrance into the tent. They provide support at just the right moment. The tent material itself is Australian. Translated: more is more. In this case, that's a good thing, because it is extremely resistant to damage and flying sparks, for example. (Not indestructible) The cover attached over it protects against heavy rain and against heating up in summer and can be tightened. The layer of air in between, in turn, contributes to the good climate inside. Another advantage that is not to be underestimated for us: the aluminum sandwich construction of the base plate is robust, does not warp and has a neutral smell right from the start. The same can be said for the tent fabric. We have also tested tents that had to air out for 2 days before they were unpacked. This is not an issue with the Simpson III.
