This also results in quieter operation. The built-in Blue compressor is specially designed for outdoor use, minor shocks don't bother it. Cleaning the Truma Cooler is also very easy. The device must be disconnected from any power source before cleaning. Then the Truma Cooler can be easily cleaned inside and out with a damp cloth. For heavier soiling, you can also dissolve some baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) in warm water and use it to clean the device.

Since the baskets can be removed and the lid can be removed, cleaning is quick and easy. After cleaning, the cool box should be wiped thoroughly with a dry cloth.
